I think a good ice breaker is writing a sentence or two about what you did that day or the day before, i.e., work was great or not so great because x, y, z happened or I got my new magazine on x and enjoyed reading an article on y. it's the reason I put in my profile a person write about something that is not in their profile that expresses their point of view of personality.
