Below are the steps necessary to obtain licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor after graduating with a Master’s in Counseling in Clinical Mental Health from University of Phoenix.
Note that Alaska requires those interested in becoming Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) to complete 3000 hours of supervised work experience under a licensed supervisor and pass a nationally recognized exam.
