With i Sync 2.4 you can sync your K800 via the USB cable, as an alternative to Bluetooth.Personally I prefer the wireless freedom of Bluetooth, but I know many people have asked for USB syncing. My husband and I have both had this phone for a little over a year and both of ours have encountered the same problem. And you can't turn the speaker phone feature on unless the places call has been answered on the other line. It drops calls (probably partly to do with Cingular crappy service). I would have rated it a zero on performance but there wasn't a zero category. I've had this phone for about a year, and have been very happy with the reception I've gotten in and around urban and rural areas. In addition, the external display seems to have gotten confused these days and doesn't consistently display the time and other icons, but rather a blank blue screen. The tools may and often will support unlocking other manufacturers too. Many tools that unlock phones can also flash / debrand / repair software problems too.

It's not your top of the line phone but it is reliable and it works very well. The other day, the audio stopped working, meaning that people can call me, but I can't hear them, even though they can hear me.
We've had it for over two ears now and it's still as good as new. Despite all that, I am trying to replace it with the same model because I like the basic features and don't need fancy bells and whistles.
p=19667 from someone who had a similar problem a few weeks ago (not i Sync, but Bluetooth connection).
Jonas Salling had a suspicion that a recent OS X update caused problems on some systems by sending out notifications (to those apps listening) that the Bluetooth hardware has gone away, at which point the connection is dropped). Ironically, it seems to have broken i Sync (for me at least)...
